Apple Grabber

Hang an apple on the end of a string and attach to a clothes line (or anything that is stable to hang things off). You can have teams or individual, depends on how many people you have.

The first person to get 3 bites out of the apple with out using their hands is the winner.

Nicole's suggestion: It might be better to have one apple per player so as not to spread germs.
