Bacon Rollups

I made these one night for my daughter's barn dance and they were gone as soon as I set them out!

Ingredients:
One loaf of bread
One pack bacon
One package of cream cheese (I seasoned the cream cheese with minced: chives, green onions & garlic)

Method:

1. Set out cream cheese so it softens
   
2. Mix with seasonings
   
3. Remove crust and half each slice of bread (I used a pizza cutter)
   
4. Slice bacon pieces in half (season if desired) and cook the bacon just a little bit on the stove top (about half way so it's still a little uncooked and floppy)
   
5. Spread cheese mixture on bread slices and roll tightly. Wrap with slightly cooked bacon half and secure with a toothpick.
   
6. Bake 350 degrees for 30min and turn if necessary
   

NOTE: These can be frozen! just allow to thaw overnight in the fridge.
