Berry Whirl

INGREDIENTS:
1. 6 oz.container of yogurt any fruit flavor (preferably a fruit flavor)
2. Fruit any kind that you think would go along with the yogurt.
3. 1 cup of soy milk
4. Sugar (optional)
METHOD:
1. Put the 6 oz. yogurt any flavor and the 1 cup of soy milk in a blender. On LOW
2. Add as much fruit as you would like. Just not to much.
3. You may add sugar to sweeten it up.
4. Pour in a cup and Enjoy!!!
