Blackcurrant Ice Cream Float

You will need:


  • Blackcurrantade (fizzy blackcurrant juice)
    or blackcurrant cordial mixed with carbonated water
  • Ice cream (preferably vanilla or blackcurrant)
  • Tall glass


    • Method:

    1. Put 2-3 scoops of the ice cream in the glass
    2. Pour over the blackcurrantade and watch it froth up!!
