Chicken and Mushroom Pie

2 chicken breasts diced 1 handful of button mushroom halved 250ml cream 100ml full fat milk salt and pepper 1 onion diced puff pastry Egg
1.put the onions in a saucepan, let it sweat and just sizzle a bit. 2.put in the diced chicken after let it whiten for 3-4 mins. 3.put in the mushrooms let them simmer for 5 mins. 4.put milk and cream straight in stir until just coming up to the boil. 5.add salt and pepper stir 6.filling is done leave to the side. 7.get pastry roll out and cover the top of it, then remove to the side. 8.add the filling in then cover 9.finish off with an egg wash on top bake for 20 mins 160 degrees

Nicole's Comment..... This sounds delicious. I'm not sure how easy it would be for little ones to eat. I imagine it would get down well with teenagers. How about making small individual pies...
