I made this cake for my daughters 17th birthday.

I bought a packet cake (one with a gooey center!) and although once cooked it flopped a little in the middle, it still tasted delicious.

For the icing, i melted some dark chocolate in a pan and mixed with a little melted butter. I then let this drip all over the cake and down the sides.

For the decoration, I bought some sugar flowers and placed these on the top.

The whole cake took about an hour to do from start to finish, if you don't count the cooking time.

And it looked and tasted delicious :)
