Chocolate Crispy Cakes Preparation Time : 20 minutes
Serves : Makes 12 Crispy Cakes
Ingredients :
- 225gm (8oz) Milk or Plain Chocolate
- 85gm (3oz) Cornflakes of Rice Krispies
- Smarties
Utensils :
Large glass bowl, Large saucepan, Wooden spoon, Teaspoon, 12 paper cake cases, Baking sheet.Method :
- Melt the chocolate in the glass bowl over a pan of simmering water.
- Remove the bowl from the heat and then carefully stir in the cornflakes or rice krispies.
- Spoon the mixture into the paper cake cases and place them on the baking sheet.
- Place some smarties on top of each cake.
- Leave in a cool place until the chocolate sets.
