Classic Iced Coffee

-- Classic Iced Coffee --



Serves 2 adult size glasses

Ingredients:
1/2 cup espresso coffee
2 teaspoons caster sugar
1 cup milk
6 ice cubes
4 scoops of any flavour ice cream


Method:
Place the coffee and sugar in a jug stir until it is well combinded.

Divide ice and ice cream into 2 cups and then evenly add the coffee mixture.


Enjoy!!
