Make Your Own Ice Lollies
Ice Lollies Preparation Time : 5minutes Freezing Time : 6 hours minimum
Ice Pops Ingredients : 
Possible Fillings : - Fruit Juice
- Fizzy drinks (flat is fine)
- Powdered drink mix (mixed with water)
- Fruit cocktail or the juice from canned fruit
- Chocolate or other flavored milk
Equipment :
- Clean and empty fromage frais pots
- Lolly sticks

Method :
- Place the fromage frais pots in a small tray that will fit in your freezer
- Fill each pot with your chosen liquid filling
- Place in the freezer for a few hours or until the mix has started to turn slushy and a bit more solid
- Remove from the freezer and quickly place a lolly stick in the centre of each pot. Return them to the freezer
- Allow to full freeze. Usually takes 6 hours or overnight
- When you want to eat them, just take them out the freezer, wait a minute or two and slide the ice lolly out of the pot.
- Deeeeelicously refreshing!
