It's kinda like musical chairs.

Make sure there's enough chairs for everyone except one person. Then that person stands up and has to say something they've NEVER done before.
Everyone that HAS done it, must get up and move to a different seat. The person who was originally standing must also quickly sit on one of the seats.

Whoever doesn't get a seat is the new person to have to say something they've never done.
