Mermaid Cake

This cake was for my friend's daughter.

Sponge cake covered in fondant. Added a muffin covered with fondant on top, glued and dowelled in place.

I used a doll, covered her legs in clingfilm, and placed little circles of fondant over the legs to make scales. Then used edible glitter to make her sparkle,

The sand is made out of golden and brown sugar
