Muffin Pizzas

• 1 muffin per person
• Jar of tomato passata
• grated/sliced cheese - mozzarella, cheddar or Parmesan
• Suggested toppings: strips of ham, drained tin tuna, sliced mushrooms, sliced pepperoni, sliced pitted olives, sliced tomato.

1. Heat the grill and toast the muffins for 1-2 minutes on each side
2. Slice the muffins in half horizontally. Put a spoonful of tomato passata on each muffin half and spread evenly..
3. Layer on the toppings of your choice placing the cheese on last
4. Place under the grill for a few more minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
