Have everyone sit in a circle. Although it is more fun when you have a big group, you can do it with a small group too.

Decide amongst yourselves who will start (preferably the birthday boy or girl) and that person whispers something into the person on their rights's ear, and that person repeats it to the next player and so on.

When you get to the last person, they say out loud what they heard. You'll be surprised what you end up with!
