Marshmallow Kebabs Recipe

Marshmallow kebabs are very popular in my household! Marshmallows are one of those sweets that I can just keep on eating and eating. My favorite is when they are popped on the end of a skewer and gently roasted over an open fire till they become all gooey and soft in the middle.

Of course for a kids party doing that might be a bit dangerous so how about these delicious marshmallow and fruit kebabs instead.

You can prepare them well in advance and they look fantastic when placed on the table. These marshmallow kebabs are bound to be a hit.

Makes : 24 Kebabs

What you need : Wooden skewers

Marshmallow Kebab Ingredients

• 72 small pink and white marshmallows
• Small pieces of soft fruits such as kiwi, strawberries, bananas...or
• Jelly bears

How to Make the Marshmallow fruit Kebabs

1. Wash the fruit and chop into bite sized pieces.
2. Thread alternate pieces of marshmallow plus fruit or jelly beans onto the wooden skewers. Allow approximately 3 marshmallows and 3 pieces of fruit/jelly bears per skewer.
3. Arrange on a platter and serve.
