Tropical Fruit Crush

Ingredients: (serves 6)

300ml/1¼ cups orange juice
300ml/1¼ cups pineapple juice
300ml/1¼ cups tropical fruit juice
475ml/2 cups lemonade
Fresh pineapple slices and cherries to decorate
Ice cube trays, large jug

Method:

Fill the ice cube trays with the orange and pineapple juices and freeze.
Mix together the tropical fruit juice and the lemonade in a large jug.
When you are ready to serve, place a couple of fruit ice cubes in a glass and top up with the lemonade, fruit juice mix.
Decorate with fruit slices and a straw.

Suggestion: Vary the flavors of the fruit juice. Why not try red fruit ice cubes to give that extra wow factor.
